Skiing

This seasonal programme runs from November to March and is appropriate for all those with a passion for skiing who want to make sure that they have the strength conditioning and endurance to allow them to ski harder for longer and reduce the risks of injury. 


Programmes commence with an initial free consultation to discuss your goals, timelines and any other training that needs to be incorporated into the plan. 


Your first session will be a Performance assessment, this will include a combination of biometric and and fitness specific assessments relevant to your programme and will provide a baseline to track your progress against. The programme duration is flexible (min 4 weeks), however for most a 6–10 week plan is most effective.
