
This programme is appropriate for individuals who want to improve their cycling performance. It is not just for ‘seasoned riders’ but also for anyone that has a goal or event that they are targeting. Whether its preparing for the next stage of the 'tour' or wanting to get ready for taking on those hills on your cycling holiday, there is a programme suited for you to help improve your power, speed and endurance.
Programmes commence with an initial free consultation to discuss your goals and objectives and to review what the programme type that would be most appropriate to achieve these outcomes.
Your first session will be a Performance assessment, this will include a combination of biometric and fitness specific assessments relevant to your programme and will provide a baseline to track your progress against.
Your personal performance programme will then be tailored to meet your goals and objectives, utilising the assessment data and to create a detailed plan to achieve these. Progress is monitored on an ongoing basis, with 4 – 6 weekly follow up Performance assessments to map progress and adjust the programme as required.
